Philosopher David Boonin (Colorado) tells me the topic for 2025 will be "Laws, Markets, and Conventions: Specific issues to be discussed may involve debates about the nature or normative status of various legal institutions, controversies about specific legal prohibitions, questions about science and the laws of nature, concerns about inappropriate market commodification, puzzles about consumer boycotts and ethical divestment, questions about the merits of capitalism and private property, and debates on the role of convention or social construction in these and other domains. Readings will cover a wide range of philosophical subfields and include both contemporary and historical sources.”

I've heard good things about these summer seminars over the years, so I encourage undergraduate readers, especially those thinking they might be interested in graduate school, to take a look.
