Linds Whittaker, a graduate student at the University of Washington, shares this year's spreadsheet. He writes:"This year the TOEFL/English Language requirements have been added along with writing sample requirements when possible. It sounds like several universities may not be accepting applicants this year (Columbia, Wash University in St. Louis, maybe Bowling Green) and I will be adding additional information about any admissions pauses I find over the next few weeks."
Suspended admissions were more common during the pandemic; I wonder whether anyone knows why Columbia (usually a top 10-15 program) and Wash U/St. Louis (usually a top 25-30 program) are suspending admissions this year?
