We noted this case several years ago, and now the termianted professor, David Miller, has prevailed in his case before the employment tribunal. The UK, unlike the U.S., actually protects all employees from discrimination based on their "philosophical beliefs" (American constitutional law provides some protection for public employees in this regard, but private sector employees are out of luck).
