[C]ould you encourage your blog readers to share their thoughts on posting unpublished articles online, like on platforms such as Philpapers (especially as a junior philosopher). Are there any potential drawbacks to consider?
One drawback is that it makes blind peer review more difficult, since the article is searchable. But what do readers think? (Given the time of year, I may move this to the front in January, depending on how much uptake there is to this question now.)
