David Enoch, currently Professor of Law and Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, will take up the Professorship in Philosophy of Law at Oxford University (noted here) starting in 2023-24. (Although Enoch will be full-time at Oxford, he will retain an affiliation with Hebrew University and continue to do some teaching and supervision there.) This is certainly a strong appointment, although it does solidify Oxford's turn away from general jurisprudence in favor of moral philosophy and normative jurisprudence more generally.
