Contrary to what I had thought, however, it turns out that there are ways for sophisticated Internet users to vote multiple times in this poll, just as in the earlier pairwise poll (where it is easy to do so, but one has to vote a lot to have an impact). Despite that the results were fairly stable across both kinds of poll (a striking exception was Proceedings of the Aristotelian Society).
