The year in parentheses at the end of each listing indicates the year the appointment (or retirement) takes effect. I will move this to the front periodically, putting recent additions in bold. Untenured lateral moves will be noted as such, otherwise the move is with tenure. A lateral move is one from one tenure-stream position to another. Please e-mail me with additions or corrections.
