This is a specialty a number of philosophers have suggested breaking into two separate ones, and Professor Pynes tells me the PGR may do that in the next iteration. Having seen the underlying data, it does seem to me that some evaluators did weight one of the two conjuncts much more heavily than the other. Still, the results do seem to me fairly sensible overall.
