MOVING TO FRONT FROM OCTOBER 14--MANY INTERESTING SUGGESTIONS IN THE COMMENTS, MORE WELCOME
Adam Patterson, a PhD student in philosophy at Syracuse University, writes:
I was wondering if you wouldn't mind putting the following question to your readers: what are some good books that are about (and meant to help with) the dissertation phases of a humanities Ph.D.? I'm looking for recommendations, which might be useful to others in a similar position as me.
I'm in the dark about his; comments are open for suggestions. Please do try to say something about the book (or article) you're recommending.
