Delta variant producing different symptoms than earlier variants?

I've heard anecdotal reports to this effect, and reader Dean Rowan kindly sent along this news item, and the NYT has also reported on it.  The main takeaway is that some vaccinated people infected with Delta have mostly cold-like symptoms:  headache, stuffy nose, sore throat (as compared to fever, cough, and shortness of breath).
