UPDATE: As reader Joe Cairns points out to me, despite this laudable endorsement of free expression, Cambridge has also adopted a tendentious defintion of anti-semitism that can clearly be deployed to restrict debate about Israel and its policies (including debates and criticisms that would be lawful and permissible in Israel itself). They did so, it appears, under pressure from the Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson. What an embarrassment.
