Here. The earlier letter called on her to delay the process given the circumstances. (That letter subsequently got some signatories from the law school; the new one does not appear to have law school signatories.) Barring catastrophe, she will be confirmed, not because of her qualifications (which are shared by hundreds of others), but because of her ideology. If the Democrats control government come January, they should implement various reforms, including adding seats to the Court, changing the rules on the votes needed to overturn legislation, and stripping the Court of jurisdiction of certain matters. Enough is really enough. The Republicans began earnest packing of the federal courts during the Obama Administration, when Senator McConnell not only blocked Judge Garland's nomination to the Supreme Court but blocked the nomination of many federal judges as well; it will be time for the Democrats to undo the damage.
