17-20% salary reductions at the high end, "furloughs" of more than a month for those earning at least $75,000 (so roughly a 10% salary reduction). Rather dramatic and rather quick. There were furloughs in the Arizona public system back in 2009, but not as long and not as sudden. If anyone has more information about why the university has moved to these draconian measures so suddenly, please post links and information in the comments.
