As noted before, Dr. Craig Smith, head of surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, sends out a daily missive, that, in addition to being nicely written, gives some insight into how things look to the care providers on the front line. Yesterday's (March 31) is worth a read, some encouraging news, but also appropriately apprehensive about what's coming.
