Some useful points from a critical care physician in New York City. A couple of key takeaways from the first twenty minutes: (1) his hospital does almost nothing now but care for COVID-19 patients; (2) cases he's seen are overwhelmingly due to "sustained contact" with someone who is sick or one or two days away from getting sick, by which he means 15 to 30 minutes of contact, especially physical contact, with a sick or about-to-be-sick person; and (3) keep your hands clean and don't touch your face (mask are useful to prevent face-touching, but you don't need an N95 mask for that). Those who listen to more can add additional useful points in the comments. Point #2 seems to me especially important, and is consistent with points made by the W.H.O. team that visited Wuhan.
