The real substance starts around 6:30 in. He discusses a number of issues, clearly and matter-of-factly. He doesn't, for example, seem to think that the virus that remains on surfaces is likely to have clinical significance. More significantly, and news to me, is his worry that ACE-inhibitors, a common kind of blood pressure medicine, may be increasing the ability of the virus to infiltrate cells (he emphasizes that this is purely a "may," but he thinks it needs investigation): apparently the mechanism by which ACE-inhibitors work is compatible with this possibility, and he points in particular to the fact, recently noted, that 75% of those who died in Italy had hypertension--but as he points out, surely they were mostly being treated for it, and he considers those with hypertension under control with medicine to be essentially healthy individuals. Again, this is correlation not causation, as he himself is clear, but it's plain he's worried about it.
