(For those who don't recall the spectacular misconduct by some feminist philosophers in the Tuvel case, see here and here.) Black Lives Matter identified a real phenomenon--police violence--and then consistently misdiagnosed it, as Adolf Reed has written (and we've noted before).

Sociologists need to speak out, as so many philosophers did in the Tuvel case.
