Julia Driver (ethics) and Roy Sorensen (philosophy of language & logic, epistemology, metaphysics), both Professors of Philosophy at Washington University, St. Louis, have accepted senior offers from the Department of Philosophy at the University of Texas, Austin. This is going to drop Wash U/St. Louis out of the overall U.S. top 25, and will push UT Austin at least to the cusp of the U.S. top 15.
