Cheesehead fascists, i.e., Wisconsin Repugs, take steps to undo effect of election they lost

This is America in 2018.  We saw the same move by the Repugs in North Carolina.   This isn't "normal" politics:  this is what fascist gangsters do first, before they turn to cracking people's skulls.

No doubt there exist Republicans who don't want to be repugnant human beings:  you better make yourself heard, because time is running out.
