I chose particular countries to list based on the data I do have about where readers come from; apologies to those readers whose individual countries are not listed. (CORRECTION: I got confused about "Scandinavia," which I thought included Finalnd but not Norway, but it's the reverse--so please just treat that category as "the Nordic countries": Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. I can't fix it in the poll itself once it starts, unfortunately.)
