A law professor in Canada writes:
I have been meaning to ask for a long time. As I cant imagine ever having the time or competence to do a philosophy phd on the side, is there a reading list or syllabus you would recommend for law profs with tenure? I am a full prof and have five degrees (but three of five are legal as graduate law degrees are valued in Canada) but know enough to know I know nothing. Unfortunately unlike some other fields, I am not sure it would be possible to just randomly start reading Spinoza or Hegel and understanding anything.
Suggestions?
