How else to explain the echoes of this earlier blog post of mine with his latest pronouncement:

“He is surely a rogue and a gangster fond of playing with fire, rather than a politician,” Mr. Kim said.

By the way, I am pleased to learn that "dotard" is an actual word with an established meaning!
