Doe v. Kipnis & Harper Collins: Doe's opposition to the motion to dismiss by defendants

Plaintiff's opposition brief is here:  Download 31 Plaintiff's Memorandum in Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 08.21.17.  The motion to dismiss is here.  I find the "opinion" defense to the defamation claim incredible, so I think plaintiff will prevail on that, and if she prevails on that, everything is open to discovery.   I still expect some of the claims to be dismissed, but I think this will move forward.  But discount for the fact that I'm no Illinois defamation lawyer!
