Since the fall 2014 PGR surveys, here are the major lateral moves with tenure that have taken place:

Roger Ames (Chinese philosophy) is retiring from the University of Hawaii during 2016-17.
Andrew Arana (logic, philosophy of mathematics) from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign to the University of Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne) (belated addition, this move transpired in 2015).
Frank Arntzenius (philosophy of science and physics) will retire from Oxford University at the end of 2016-17.

All these moves can be expected to have some effect (sometimes substantial) on the specialty rankings from fall 2014. In terms of the overall rankings of the programs, the effects would be less dramatic. Among the notable likely changes: Rutgers would be solidly #2 by itself, with Princeton at #3; Cornell might slip out of the top 20, though certainly not the top 25; UC Irvine and Wash U/St. Louis would both push towards the top 20; Brown will remain even more solidly top 20 and USC even more solidly top ten; Chicago will probably return to the top 20.
