Here. Sponsored by the Department of Philosophy at the University of Toronto (and published through MPublishing, that also maintains Philosopher's Imprint), the editorial board is notable for its impressive diversity of generally younger talented philosophers, suggesting that this will genuinely be a "generalist" journal, publishing in all areas. (I was particularly pleased to see such serious subject editors for post-Kantian Continental philosophy, which bodes well for scholars in those areas, since there are relatively few reputable fora in which to publish.)
ADDENDUM: The new journal also has an intelligent peer review system as well, which should be attractive, especially to tenure-track faculty looking for timely turnaround on their work.
