David Publishing recently targeted one of my PhD students who gave a paper at the Groningen Graduate Workshop in Theoretical Philosophy, inviting him to submit to their journal Philosophy Study. As I told my student, the fact that they don't seem to have anyone on their editorial board is not a good sign! (as is the poor English)
What I think is particularly reprehensible is the targeting of students via a graduate conference. Anyway, if you think its worth it you might consider putting a warning up on the LR website.
