The philosophers and their projects are: Richard Pettigrew (Bristol) for a project on "Epistemic Utility Theory: Foundations and Applications" (nearly a million euros); and Robbie Williams (Leeds) for a project on "The Nature of Representation" (nearly 1.5 million euros). Both projects are funded for five years and will involve opportunities for postdocs and doctoral students.
