Even in the Sun
Even in the sun
Raw sorrow subsists
The bodies are arranged
Trauma spreads
The living wear the visage of the dead
Now again no hope
No laughter for a time
In some places never more
This is our reminder
Of who we are
And what we face
How evil shines upon the wild
With blame enough for each lost child
