An astrophysicist weighs in on Krauss vs. the Philosophers

Here.  He makes the interesting point that the more untethered from data contemporary physics has become, the less credibly can it pretend to hold philosophical questions at arm's length.  (Even where there's data, of course, there are still philosophical questions.)
