"National Jurist" Claims I am one of the 23 Law Profs "to take before you die"

Hmmm.  Maybe I am, but I'm a little unclear about their methodology, though I'm pleased to be there with Erwin Chemerinsky and Elizabeth Warren, among others.

UPDATE:  Reader Jason Walta may have solved the mystery:  "I think the only discernible guiding principle for inclusion on the list was 'Here Is A Person You'll Recognize From the Internet!'"  Alas...
