We haven't done a journals poll in a good while, so here's one on a topic we have not covered previously, namely, journals which publish the highest quality work in history of philosophy. Only journals that regularly publish historical papers, and that publish in more than one historical period, are included. This necessarily leaves out very prestigious journals in particular areas, from Oxford Studies in Ancient Philosophy to Hume Studies. I tried to identify more general journals that might make an informed scholar's "top ten" list for good work in history of philosophy. Once results are in, I'll open a discussion on them. If you don't read or publish in history of philosophy, please do not take the poll! But if you do, please do contribute.
