This is strictly for University of Chicago students, regarding my teaching next year:
For 2010-11, I'll be doing the Law & Philosophy Workshop (with Ben Laurence) on the general topic of "Disagreement". This is open to JD and PhD students in philosophy, and meets for credit in the Autumn and Winter Quarters, though there will be some additional speakers in the Spring Quarter as well. In addition, I'll offer the basic jurisprudence course, Jurisprudence I, in the Autumn Quarter in the Law School. PhD students may enroll for this as a cognate course. In the Spring Quarter, Michael Forster (Philosophy) and I will offer a seminar on Nietzsche's Moral Psychology. This is open to JD and PhD students. E-mail me if you have questions.
