I just noticed that Michael Strevens has placed some lengthy almost book-length course notes on the website for his seminar on Confirmation Theory that fulfill just this need (look under 'Teaching', then under 'Confirmation Theory', then click on 'Notes on Bayesian Confirmation Theory').
