Cyrus Kar--a former Navy SEAL and current aspiring filmmaker based out of Los Angeles--is suing Donald Rumsfeld for the two months he spent in prison in Iraq without being charged. According to Mark Rosenbaum--the director of Southern California's ACLU--Kar's suit is the first to specifically challenge the detention policies in Iraq. In addition to Rumsfeld, defendants in the case also include Army Gen. George W. Casey Jr. and Maj. Gen. William H. Brandenburg. See here for details.
