Yale Anthropologist Fired for his Politics?

It sure looks that way.  Yale better offer a real explanation, if the school doesn't want to be the poster child for naked political persecution of academics in the U.S.

UPDATE:  Philosopher Aaron Garrett (BU) sends a link to this interview with Professor Graeber, and adds:  "David is one of the smartest people I've ever met and what is happening to him, given his publication record and the fact that he's a very easy guy to deal with, is absurd."
