Political Philosopher Otsuka to Remain at UCL

Political philosopher Michael Otsuka will remain at University College London, rather than moving to the University of California at San Diego, as reported earlier.  That's a good break for UCL, which has one of the strongest political philosophy groups in the English-speaking world (including Veronique Munoz-Darde and Jonathan Wolff in Philosophy, and Ross Harrison, the new Quain Professor of Jurisprudence on the law faculty).
