Daniel Polsby, currently Acting Dean of the law school at George Mason, and before that Associate Dean under Mark Grady (now at UCLA), will be the new Dean of the law school. Polsby played a major role, along with Grady, in raising the school's national profile, through both faculty recruitments and effective management of the U.S. News "problem" that afflicts all U.S. law schools.
UPDATE: The George Mason press release is now up.
