New York University School of Law has voted out offers to a couple at Columbia, Cynthia Estlund (employment and labor law) and Samuel Issacharoff (voting rights, civil procedure). If they accept, this would be the first time in memory (perhaps ever) that NYU successfully recruited faculty away from Columbia.
