There was originally a post here quoting an article from something called the "Hoosier Gazette". Within two hours of the post hitting the net, Brian received the following email:
"The Hoosier Gazette is a satire site. For the record, I fell for it for
a short time, and I live in Indiana..."
The error correction capacities of the decentralized net really are pretty awe-inspiring. Isn't there some kind of way to harness this for journals doing peer review?
