Many months ago, I ran a thread on how American lawyers can practice in England; for reasons I just can't fathom, two folks have inquired in the last few days about how an American lawyer becomes eligible to practice law in Canada. (And on the general topic of fleeing to Canada, this article [thanks to Cam Barker for the pointer] is amusing.) Does anyone know? Comments are open. No anonymous posts, as always.
