Stephen Stich (Rutgers) has been one of the most creative and important philosophers in the English-speaking world for three decades now, consistently breaking new ground and setting fruitful research agendas for others in the field. He is also, it appears, a great mentor, as evidenced by his many talented students, so many of whom he ends up co-authoring with. His latest book, with his former student Shaun Nichols (now at Utah), gets a glowing, and no doubt well-deserved, review here.
