Marion Crain, an expert on labor law, is moving from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill back to the law school at West Virginia University, where she began her academic career in 1986. That's a coup for WVU, and the second time in recent years that a productive scholar has abandoned UNC for a law school not generally as well-regarded (administrative law scholar Jim Rossi went back to Florida State after just a year at UNC).
