Mark Tushnet (constitutional law, legal history), long Georgetown's most eminent faculty member, will be visiting at Harvard Law School next year and, by all accounts, Harvard is "serious" about hiring him permanently. Harvard Law School is trying to expand its faculty currently, to improve the student/teacher ratio, and also has several of the top young constitutional law scholars visiting next year too, including Noah Feldman (NYU), Rick Hills (Michigan), Daryl Levinson (NYU), Adrian Vermeule (Chicago), and Ernie Young (Texas).
