Harvard Law School is looking to expand its faculty significantly, and to that end has been having a steady stream of visiting professors it is eyeing for permanent appointment. A colleague at Columbia writes noting the particularly large cluster in constitutional law for this coming year (this past year saw Eugene Volokh [UCLA] visiting), including Rick Hills (Michigan), Daryl Levinson (NYU), Adrian Vermeule (Chicago), and Ernest Young (Texas). Hills is also visiting at Columbia part of next year. I vote that they take Hills, Levinson, Vermeule, or Volokh!
