Henry Hansmann, a leading figure in corporate law, who moved last year from Yale to NYU, is now returning to Yale as of the fall. That's a major loss for NYU.
In addition, Rebecca Tushnet, an assistant professor of law at NYU (who just started this year), is visiting at Georgetown next year, where her father, Mark Tushnet, a founder of the Critical Legal Studies movement and leading constitutional law scholar, has taught for more than two decades.
