UPDATE 11/26 WITH ONE MORE CORRECTION
Here's some information on where faculty currently on tenure-track at the top 20 graduate programs in philosophy for 2003-04 did their graduate work. (I often get asked for data like this.) Bear in mind, of course, that these students were choosing graduate schools six to a dozen years ago, during a time when, e.g., Harvard was still in the top five, Berkeley clearly top ten, sometimes top five, Rutgers was just emerging as a top program, Stanford was going through something of a transition period, Raymond Geuss was still training students at Columbia, David Hull was doing the same at Northwestern, Philip Kitcher at UC San Diego, etc.
The first list ranks the graduate programs by the number of their graduates currently in tenure-track jobs at top 20 departments; after that comes a list of the tenure-track faculty (plus their primary area of specialization), by where they are currently teaching.
