As widely expected, Harold Koh, distinguished international law scholar, will succeed Tony Kronman as Dean of Yale Law School, beginning next summer. For more, go here. I can think of only one negative about this appointment: Koh was one of a small handful of genuinely gifted teachers at Yale, so taking him out of the classroom is a real loss for the students!
Michael Abramowicz, best-known for his work in the intellectual property area, has accepted an offer from George Washington University, where he is currently visiting from George Mason University. Abramowicz also turned down, in the process, an offer from Washington University, St. Louis.
